How It Works

Hub and Detectors:

A central hub connects to the internet and cellular networks, communicating wireless with a range of detectors (motion, door/window sensors, fire, water leaks, etc.).

Device Setup:

Devices are added to the system by scanning a QR code on the device using the Ajax app.
Monitoring and Alerts:

When a detector is triggered, it instantly sends an alarm signal to the hub, which then alerts the user via the app and, if configured, a professional monitoring service.
Photo/Video Verification:

For intrusion alarms, MotionCam devices can capture and send images to the app, allowing for immediate visual verification of the situation.
